Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Wisconsin Scenic River & Bluff Region
Position Highlights:
Work-Life Balance:
- Monday–Thursday schedule (7:00am–5:30pm)

Desirable Practice Setting, Ideal Work Environment:
- Independent CRNA model within a regional hospital system
- Serve a stable four-county draw area

- Dedicated anesthesia workroom and modern facilities
Favorable Call Schedule:
- 1 weekday call per week (0700–0700)
- 1:5 weekend call rotation
- Call schedules built 3–6 months in advance

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Compensation, Competitive Salary, Compensation, Financial Package:
- Base salary: $240,000 – $260,000

- Weekday call pay: $750
- Weekend call pay: $1,500 per day
Sign-On Bonus, Retention Bonus:
- $40,000 total sign-on package

Qualifications:
Degree:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia
Certifications:
- NBCRNA Board Certified or Board Eligible
Licensure:
- Eligible for Wisconsin licensure
Skillset:
- Independent anesthesia practice
- Comfortable with broad rural case mix
Experience:
- Experience preferred; new graduates considered
