A well-established, multi-site pain management practice in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Pain Medicine Physician / Anesthesiologist to join its growing team. The practice operates across three clinic locations and an affiliated ambulatory surgery center, offering comprehensive interventional pain services.

Practice Overview

• Three clinic locations plus an Ambulatory Surgery Center

• Broad-spectrum pain management practice treating:

  • Chronic headaches and migraines

  • Neck and back pain

  • Spine disorders

  • Neurologic and nerve-related conditions

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

• $300,000–$350,000 base salary with strong bonus potential

• Possible ownership opportunity in the Ambulatory Surgery Center

• Participation in ancillary (non-ASC) revenue streams

Procedural Requirements

• Epidural steroid injections – Required

• Facet joint and medial branch blocks – Required

• Radiofrequency ablation – Required

• Fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and neuromodulation – Required

• Spinal cord stimulator trials and permanent implants – Trial experience optional; training provided

Additional Requirements

• Arizona medical license required at time of hire

• Willingness to travel between clinic locations as needed (Phoenix, Mesa, Peoria)
