Anesthesiologist Opportunity – Central Florida (Brand-New Employed Practice)

A newly expanded, hospital-employed Anesthesiology program in Central Florida is seeking full-time Anesthesiologists to join a growing team serving a 200-bed acute care hospital just outside the Orlando metro area.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fully supported, modernized anesthesia group with a balanced case mix, a predictable rotating schedule, and 13 weeks off annually.

Position Highlights

• Employed Anesthesia Care Team Model:
  4 Anesthesiologists + 15 CRNAs/APPs

• Coverage includes 10 ORs, Endoscopy, OB, and 7 total sites of service

• CRNAs cover OB

• Annual surgical volume ~4,800 cases + 500 deliveries

• Diverse case mix:

  • General

  • Heavy Ortho

  • Spine

  • Vascular

  • GI & Diagnostic Imaging

• No hearts, no heads, no trauma, no EP, no IR

• Must be proficient in regional blocks

Schedule

4-week rotating model:

1. Week 1: 7a–5p, Monday–Friday

2. Week 2: 7a–5p, Monday–Friday

3. Week 3: Late-day cases + beeper call 7p–7a

4. Week 4: Week OFF

Total: 13 weeks off per year
