Qualifications – Anesthesiologist Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent hospital-based clinical anesthesiology experience
• Active California medical license (required for California anesthesiologist jobs)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Experience with a broad range of anesthesia cases: general, pediatric, obstetric, pain medicine, critical care, trauma, neurosurgical, orthopedic, thoracic, and complex vascular
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as part of a collaborative healthcare team
• Ability to provide case logs and explain any clinical gaps over 3 months

Anesthesiologist Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for adult, pediatric, obstetric, trauma, neurosurgical, orthopedic, thoracic, and complex vascular cases
• Perform general, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia procedures
• Manage pain techniques, including post-op epidural and extremity blocks
• Oversee ventilation management and acute volume/blood pressure issues
• Place central and arterial lines as needed
• Participate in rotational call schedule, including beeper call and remote weekend coverage
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
