UCHealth Medical Group is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified General Anesthesiologist to join our team at UCHealth

Practice at a Glance
- Competitive base salary starting at $520,000 annually
- Join a collaborative team of over 60 employed anesthesiologists across a non-academic Level I trauma center, Level III trauma center, orthopedic-focused hospital, and outpatient surgical center.
- Maintain and expand your skills with a wide variety of cases, including high-acuity trauma, OB, neuroanesthesia including major spine, general surgery, vascular, thoracic, orthopedic, ENT, GYN, urology, and GI.
- Every physician has an equal vote in group decisions, fostering a collaborative, physician-led practice.
- New-hire mentorship program with support from experienced anesthesiologists invested in your professional growth.
- Leadership and teaching opportunities are available but never expected.
- Enjoy up to 12 weeks of vacation annually, with flexible FTE options that allow you to tailor your practice to your lifestyle.
Qualifications
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Anesthesiology
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Colorado
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborative practice
Exceptional Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at $520,000 annually
- Additional earning potential through incentivized call and weekend shifts, with total annual compensation potentially reaching or exceeding $700,000, depending on additional shifts worked
- Annual quality incentive bonus of up to $30,000
- $60,000 starting bonus
- Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates
- Paid malpractice coverage
- Generous continuing medical education (CME) allowance
