General Anesthesiology opening - El Paso, Texas Position Details: * FT, permanent position * Competitive compensation and 10 weeks of PTO. * Employed position features * Highly competitive compensation plan, an MD led Care Team Model, and a highly collaborative and supportive environment. * 1st Call frequency varies. You will never be on 2nd Call, and you will have post call days off. You will be supported by CRNAs and Anesthesia Assistants and will spend 30% of your time doing your own cases. You will never be tasked with: Chronic Pain Management, Cardiac Anesthesia, Critical Care Medicine, office based Anesthesiology, or Acute Pain Service. * El Paso averages over 300 days of sunshine per year, boasts an extremely affordable cost of living (10% below national average), and is ranked as one of the safest large cities in the US.
