This is a .6 Clinical / .4 Medical Directorship role reporting to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Position Details
- Collaborate with surgical services leadership to optimize anesthesia staff efficiency
- Address patient and staff concerns/questions
- Work on policies and education of policy updates
- Collaborate with physicians and surgeons
- Lead quality improvement initiatives
- Partner with hospital leadership to set goals for the anesthesia department, focusing on growth, innovation, and improvement
