Anesthesiology – Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Position Highlights:
- Physician-led hospital
- Independent anesthesia practice (no CRNA supervision).
- Favorable Call Schedule: 35 call days annually; 4 call lines (OB, Cardiology, Primary, Secondary). OB call is light (~700 deliveries/year). All call is from home with a 30-minute response time.
- Collaborative, physician-led call scheduling.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Million Dollar Earning Potential
- Sign-On Bonus: $300,000
- Base salary: $600,000 (W2), $700,000 (1099) with flexible FTE options (down to 0.5 FTE). Additional compensation through voluntary extra call and flexible shift structures.

Qualifications:
- Degree: MD or DO required.
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
- Licensure: Eligible for Iowa medical license.
- Skillset: Proficiency in regional anesthesia preferred; option to avoid blocks if desired.
- Experience: Experienced anesthesiologists and new graduates welcome.
