Local Team Collaboration:

- Founded in 1836, Piedmont Columbus Regional is a leading healthcare provider in west Georgia serving the Columbus, Ga. area with a network of health and medical services through its two hospital campuses.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible in anesthesia.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- New residents are welcome to apply.
Scheduling:
- We offer various flexible scheduling options, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
- New clinical rotation will offer 2 physicians on during the day, with one on STO each week.
- Physicians to take call a week at a time, with a day physician helping cases during the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage community hospital cases involving general surgery, podiatry, urology, and orthopedics.
- No trauma, no hearts, no heads, no pediatrics, no OB.
- Physician supervision model.

- Columbus is located on the Georgia/Alabama border and offers a big city with a small-town feel. It is the second-largest city in Georgia after Atlanta, but bit oasts a more affordable housing market in the city and surrounding areas.

Compensation and Additional Benefits:
- Annual salary $550k (W2) or $594k (1099)
- Strong commencement bonus offered, up to $100k.
- Generous scheduled time off of 26 weeks a year.
