We have a CRNA need in Honolulu, Hawaii STAT for 8 weeks with the option to extend. Will consider 3- and 6-month contracts.
Monday – Friday – Provider will work 40 hours weekly. Combination of 8’s, 10’s, 12’s. 7:00a – 3:30p; 7:00a – 5:30p; 7:00a – 7:30p
Hourly Rate: Up to $350/hour all inclusive
OT Rate: $500.00/hour after 40 hour week
