About the Opportunity
Palomar Anesthesia Partners is seeking skilled and dedicated Anesthesiologists to join our established and collegial group covering Palomar Medical Center – Escondido and Poway. This is a great opportunity to practice in a high-quality hospital setting with excellent surgical volume and flexible scheduling.
Position Highlights
- $300/hour for all onsite shifts
- Minimum 5-hour guarantee per shift
- Flexible scheduling: mix of weekday, weekend, and 24-hour shifts
- Cases extending past scheduled time reimbursed at the hourly rate
- Collaborative team with strong support staff and collegial environment

Palomar Medical Center – Escondido and Poway:
- High-acuity regional trauma and surgical center
- Variety of cases including general, trauma, ortho, neuro, GI, and OB
- Cardiac call available with additional stipend
