- Join an established Anesthesiology practice with a 1:11 primary call schedule
- Highly autonomous practice — no CRNA supervision and you handle your own cases
- Broad case mix including general surgery, trauma, orthopedics, spine, OB/Gyn, urology, GI, ENT, vascular, cath lab and plastics
- No neurosurgery
- 14 ORs across inpatient and outpatient surgery, including a dedicated surgery center
- Epic EMR
- 1099 independent contractor model
- Competitive compensation plus a $60,000 signing bonus
- Opportunity for ownership in a hospital joint venture surgery center
Location: The community is located near the Indiana–Ohio border and offers a family-friendly, affordable cost of living with access to quality schools, colleges and outdoor recreation. It also provides convenient access to several larger metropolitan areas, with Dayton approximately 40 miles away, Cincinnati about 70 miles, and Indianapolis roughly 75 miles, making it easy to enjoy the amenities and attractions of larger cities while living in a smaller community.
