Job Summary:

SMART Locums is actively recruiting for a locum Anesthesiologist to provide coverage for a client of ours in Indiana.
Qualifications:
- Active IN License
- Certifications-ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA (AHA ACLS and PALS Required)
Job Summary:
- Credentialing Time Frame:60-90 days
- Coverage 12/22/2025 onward –2026
- 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
- Shift Schedule: 7AM-3PM; Call 3PM-7AM
- Call Schedule/Rotation: every day; call back not heavy. Will take call on everything except OB.
- Minimal Availability Required: 1 week Monday-Sunday
- Supervision Model: MDs on site little to no supervision
- Type of Cases Required: Endo, OB, PEDS, URO, ENT, Gen, GYN, ORTHO
Procedures Required: Blocks, Spinals, and Blocks - Staff per Day MD/CRNA/APP:
- EMR: Cerner
- Additional Details: MDs do preops and breaks lunches during the day. They get the OB person out for daytime epidurals and takeover any rooms running after 5pm person goes home. In the last year both docs have been called back for a total of around 70 times after 5. Maybe 6 times a month between the two.
