A hospital in upstate New York has an opening for a Pediatric Anesthesiologist to assist their team.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7a–5p
- Call: 1 offsite weeknight call per week (~5p–7a), 1 24-hour offsite weekend call per week
- Annual Volume: 11–12k cases (includes ambulatory surgery center volumes)
- Patient Population: Neonates & older
- Cases: General, ENT, ortho, uro, plastics, neurosurgery, pulmonary, ophthalmology, dental/oral surgery – no cardiac
- Facilities: 5 pediatric ORs, cath lab, 2 MRI, GI, CT scan, IR, and 2 ophthalmology
- Supervision: 1:2 supervision of residents or CRNAs
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: Board-certification & fellowship required
- Paid travel & lodging
- Long-term assignment
