Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting an Anesthesiologist to provide onsite services to eligible beneficiaries of the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans' Hospital located at 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia, MO 65201. Shift scheduling is generally Mon-Fri, 0700-1630 with call. Full-time and Locum Tenens positions with generous compensation packages are available.

Job Responsibilities
Administering general and regional anesthesia
Managing post-anesthesia recovery and procedural pain
Providing anesthesia for cardiac, orthopedic, vascular, thoracic, neurosurgical, plastic, ENT, urologic, and ophthalmologic procedures
Supporting electroconvulsive therapy and procedures in cath labs, GI, and radiology suites
Managing surgical ICU, pain services, and emergency airway cases
Performing diagnostic blocks and intraoperative TEE
Ensuring proper documentation and communication of test results
Providing discharge education and coordination of follow-up care
Attending staff and quality improvement meetings
Completing QA/QI documentation
Reporting patient safety incidents within 24 hours
Participating in performance evaluations (OPPE, FPPE)
Maintaining compliance with VA standards and directives
Qualifications
Active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia
Current AHA BLS and ACLS
NPI report printout
Active DEA license
Must be able to pass a federal background investigation
