**Opportunity:**
Section Chair - Healthcare Leadership
**Job Details:**
• Collaborate with Administrative and Nursing Dyad Partners to lead standard work around quality, patient experience, access, recruitment, and retention • Lead and monitor the Section's performance in meeting clinical quality and safety standards • Drive service excellence and participate in resolution of patient quality/safety/service events • Collaborate regarding physician or advanced practice provider performance issues • Participate in Professional Practice Evaluation activities as needed • Develop agenda and chair regularly scheduled Section meetings • Ensure bi-directional communication between Division leadership and Section • Encourage clinical excellence through educational activity and development of new services • Support development of sustainable clinical care pathways that promote the Quadruple Aim • Participate in Cost per Unit of Service action plans • Monitor coding and documentation performance • Lead practice improvement initiatives for optimal patient access • Identify and develop emerging leaders within the organization • Facilitate onboarding, feedback, and development conversations • Mentor colleagues and support retention efforts • Must be an employed Physician, PA, NP, CNM, or CRNA in good standing • Must be an active member of the medical staff prior to start • Required to model Servant Leader characteristics • Must have appropriate licensure and board certification in applicable specialty
**Compensation:**
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
