Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with experienced CRNAs and physicians in a collegial, team-oriented environment
Utilize Epic EMR for seamless patient documentation and communication
Practice within a strong, multispecialty medical group with a focus on quality, safety, and patient satisfaction
Qualifications
Eligible for licensure in the state of Texas
Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Open to both new graduates and experienced providers
Working Hours
Shared call with a supportive team
Flexibility to accommodate OR needs while maintaining sustainable work hours
Skills
Comfortable with fast-paced OR settings and multidisciplinary collaboration
Skilled in using EMR systems (Epic preferred)
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
