This Level 3 trauma facility serves the local community with a comprehensive range of medical services. The hospital is equipped to handle diverse surgical cases and provides quality care to patients throughout the region. The anesthesiology department works collaboratively with multiple surgical specialties in a supportive and professional environment.

Opportunity: Anesthesiology

This is a permanent position for a board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist. Fellowship training is required, and the opportunity offers a chance to work with a variety of surgical specialties in a collaborative healthcare setting.

Job Details:

• Manage 2-5 patient encounters per shift
• Provide anesthesia services for a wide range of surgical procedures including cardiac, complex orthopedic, complex vascular, head/spine, neurosurgical, obstetrical, pediatric, regional, and thoracic cases
• Perform general anesthesia for adult, pediatric, and trauma patients
• Administer spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
• Manage post-operative pain through epidural and extremity blocks
• Place central lines and arterial lines as needed
• Manage ventilation and acute volume/blood pressure issues
• Start date as soon as possible with ongoing employment
• 90-day credentialing timeframe

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Contingent fee approved for $40k.
