We are actively recruiting a General Anesthesiologist to join our dynamic team in Texarkana, Texas. This opportunity is ideal for a physician seeking clinical autonomy, a balanced lifestyle, and the security of an employed position.
Job Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with physicians and CRNAs in a team-based model
Participate in pre-anesthesia assessments, intraoperative management, and post-anesthesia care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (Epic)
Support and contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Eligible for or currently hold a Texas medical license
New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome to apply
Working Hours
Shared call rotation with a well-balanced schedule
No overnight in-house call required

Skills
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to patient-centered care
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment
Proficiency with Epic EMR is a plus (training provided if needed)
