SMART Physician Recruiting, a nationwide agency, is working with a client in Indiana seeking an Anesthesiologist for Locum coverage during maternity leave.

· Coverage is needed :

· April 29- May 1, May 5-9 June 2-6 and June 30- July 3rd.

Travel and malpractice are covered. Competitive hourly rates available!

Qualifications:

· Indiana license

· Board Certified

Job Summary:

· Shift – 7am-3pm

· CALL starts at 3pm as secondary call and taken at least 1x per week

· Case Types: General, Ortho(mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB

· EMR: EPIC

· Certifications: ACLS (required to be through AHA), PALS, BLS

· Epidural and regional blocks skills require

· **This is not a supervision model. CRNAs work independently.

· Primary call every 3rd weeknight and 4th Weekend
