Job description
- Monday through Friday 6:30am to 4:30 pm
- New shift option, 24 hour weekend shift. One full weekend need per month
- Minimum one full week per month, prefer more
- 1:4 CRNA supervision
- General Anesthesia, nerve blocks and epidurals
- Department of 13 MD's and 60 CRNA's
- Must have current IL license or IMLC
