Schedule: 1-4 weeks per month
Shift: Monday - Friday 7a-5p
Optional Call
Scope: OB, ENT, Neuro, Ortho, General, Trauma, Peds (some CRNA supervision)
Hospital: 170 bed, Level 2 trauma center
11 OR's, 4 endoscopy rooms, 2 OB rooms
Required: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (ALASKA LICENSE NOT NEEDED)
Schedule: 1-4 weeks per month
