* Join a collaborative, physician-led anesthesia team
* Practice alongside 2 full-time MDs in a growing group
* MD/CRNA care team model with strong perioperative collaboration
* Home call with rare callback
* 100% post-call days off
* Diverse case mix including general, OB/Gyn, vascular, cardiac, thoracic, urology, orthopedics, and healthy pediatrics
* 18 ORs plus 1 hybrid OR
* Independent in-house CRNA coverage overnight (general & OB)
* Strong relationships with surgeons and OR staff
