Seeking BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join team in Central New York
Position Highlights:
Multiple practice locations with flexible staffing options
Established group with 13 physicians and 25 CRNAs
Medical direction model with opportunity for solo cases
Full spectrum case mix and diverse patient population
Call schedule approximately 3–4 times per month with post-call day off
Nocturnist support to reduce overnight burden
Teaching opportunities with residents, students, and SRNAs
System-wide Epic EMR
Flexible scheduling with shift-based model
Responsibilities:
Provide anesthesia care across surgical cases
Supervise CRNAs and perform solo cases as needed
Participate in call coverage
Collaborate with surgical and clinical teams
Engage in teaching and academic activities
Qualifications:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology
Active New York license or ability to obtain
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation package up to $600,000
Sign-on bonus up to $200,000
Residency stipend up to $60,000
10+ weeks paid time off with CME conversion option
$4,000 CME allowance
