144 bed Level 3 trauma center in Eureka, CA.
Has ASAP and ongoing need for locum Anesthesiologist
Must have current CA license
60-90 day credentialing process
Overtime hours must apply after 12 hrs. Guaranteed hours are 8.
Shifts can vary the longest shift is 7a-7p and the shortest is 3p -11p. Call is beeper call and on weekends remote.
UPDATE: We need providers that will do shift work and take call. Call on the weekends is the following shifts:
- Weekend Day 1- 7a-7p (12hour guarantee)
- Weekend Nights- 7p-7a (12hr on call, be within 30 mins of hospital)
- Weekend Day 2- on call as backup for day and night shift person (may work 4 or 5 hours or none).
If provider has a permanent CA DEA that is preferred but not required.
