## Anesthesiologist | Hastings, NE South-Central Nebraska — Partnership Opportunity ## Position Details * Full-time, permanent position — partnership track * Employment Type: Independent group practice — collaborative model * Schedule: 144 shifts per year required at $3,000 per shift — additional shifts available for additional income * Call: 6–8 nights per month * OB anesthesia included — approximately 1,000 deliveries per year * Not-for-profit hospital partner ## Practice Overview Seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join an established group of 4 anesthesiologists and 12 CRNAs working in a collaborative model at a 161-bed independent not-for-profit acute care facility: * 144 required shifts per year — more shifts available for more income * Active OB anesthesia program with approximately 1,000 babies delivered annually * Uniquely collaborative relationship between the group, a forward-looking administration, and a clinically sophisticated medical community * Active medical staff of approximately 100 physicians across OB/GYN, nephrology, pulmonary/critical care, cardiology, infectious disease, general surgery, ENT, hospital medicine, neurology, orthopedic surgery, pediatrics, pain management, urology, and psychiatry * Superb ancillary staff support throughout the organization * Primary market spanning south-central Nebraska and north-central Kansas ## Compensation & Benefits * $3,000 per shift — 144 required shifts per year minimum * Additional shift income available beyond the 144-shift minimum * Annual salary commensurate with experience and within MGMA average ranges * Robust benefits package * Details provided upon inquiry ## Required Qualifications * MD or DO — Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology * Nebraska medical license or willingness to obtain ## About the Organization * 161-bed Medicare-licensed acute care facility — independent and not-for-profit * Progressive organization with vibrant medical service providers * Primary market spanning south-central Nebraska and north-central Kansas ## About the Community – Hastings, Nebraska * Welcoming south-central Nebraska community of approximately 25,000 * Affordable cost of living with excellent schools and family-friendly neighborhoods * Home to Hastings College — a vibrant academic presence * Rich local history and strong sense of community pride * Outdoor recreation including fishing, hunting, and exploring the Nebraska countryside * Birthplace of Kool-Aid — home to the annual Kool-Aid Days festival * Convenient access to Lincoln and Grand Island
