THIS ROLE:
NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate board-certified Pediatric Fellowship Trained Anesthesiologist to join our team at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, VA.
Work with a team of 60+ Anesthesiologists, most with fellowship training (Pediatric, Adult Cardiac, Obstetric, and Pain)
Solo or care team model with CRNAs
Academic appointment opportunities available through the University of Virginia. Further, educational opportunities include ability to work with medical students and residents (UVA and Walter Reed).
Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited university medical school, completed ACGME residency training and subsequent fellowship
ABA certification in Anesthesiology and Pediatric Anesthesiology
Licensure: Current or eligibility for an unrestricted Virginia state medical license and DEA
Prior leadership experience
THE FACILITY:
Inova Fairfax Hospital - #1 Hospital in DC Metro Area and #1 state of Virginia by US News
CASES INCLUDE:
Mixed practice (pediatric/adult) with a majority of pediatric general cases
Other cases may include the entire spectrum of pediatric and adult surgical cases (general, ENT, ortho, neurosurgery, ophtho, dental, urology, GE and OB)
WE OFFER:
Top of Market Base Salary $485K to $520K per year
