- June 1, 2024 - ongoing

- M-F
- 7-3 15 SOS
- 1500-1700 9 SOS (inclusive of Cardiac, trauma OB and Pedi)
- 1700-1900 8 SOS (inclusive of Cardiac, trauma OB and Pedi)
- After 1900 3 SOS- 2 in house, 1 MD on back up. (inclusive of Cardiac, trauma OB and Pedi)
- W/E (inclusive of Cardiac, trauma OB and Pedi)
- Sat
- 700-1200 5 SOS
- 1200-1500 4 SOS
- 1500-0700 3 SOS
- Sun
- 700-1500 4 SOS
- 1500-700 3 SOS
- Clinical Information:
- Number of Beds: 435
- Staffing Model: 9MD/27 CRNA
- Ratio of MD:CRNA –Ratio: 1:4; Cardiac 1:2. Mid-Levels function independently
- Care Team Model. Physician Supervising 100% of time. 5% of time Physician own cases.
- Call: In-house call & beeper call
- Daily Patient Volume: Weekday Avg. 41; Weekend Avg. 13
- Types of Cases: Trauma Level 2. Majority patients ages neonatal to geriatric. ASA III. ASA IV
- Support Staff: Techs, Nursing, Mid-Level
- EMR: Medaxion, Qgenda
- Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Required Procedures: General, Cardiac, Peds, Trauma, OB. Central Line, Arterial line, Peripheral Nerve Block, Spinals, Epidurals
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
