Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active ID License or IMLC
- DEA and CSR
- Immunizations: TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID
- Comfortable with Regional Anesthesia
- Must be comfortable performing own cases or working in Supervising / Care Team Model
- No Cardiac/Complex Peds/Transplants
- OB Coverage required for Nampa facility not required for Boise
