Compensation & Benefits

This is one of the most competitive total compensation packages in the specialty:

• Base salary: $600,000 + profit sharing ($46,000+)
• Sign-on bonus: $80,000
• Partnership track: One year with a low buy-in — real equity, not a promise
• 40 days of vacation annually
• 401(k) and CME allowance
• PSLF Qualified — meaningful student loan relief for eligible providers

Practice & Schedule Highlights

This group is designed for providers who want to do excellent work without sacrificing their life outside the OR:

• Monday through Friday schedule — 10s and 12s
• Independent practice — you run your own cases, your own way
• Diverse case mix: General Surgery, GI, Orthopedics, Regional Blocks, Robotics, and OB
• No trauma, no heads, no hearts — a focused, manageable scope
• Call: Beeper call only, 1:5 rotation
• Support staff: 5 MDs and 5 CRNAs — a well-rounded, collaborative team
• Flexible coverage and internal support within the group
