Job Description

*Location: Western Washington, Spokane County
*Schedule/Shifts: Scheduled hours, No Call; FT or as close to FT hours/schedule as possible
*Setting: Hospital
*Requirements:
-Board Certified Anesthetist
-Active, unrestricted WA license OR IMLC
-AHA Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
-Clean Background/Malpractice/NPDB
-Active, unrestricted DEA
-Must Supervise 3-4 CRNAs
-Must provide your schedule/start availability through at least 3 months
-Must provide updated CV with response
*Skills: General, Cardiac, Complex Vascular, Neuro, Head/Spine, Pediatric
*EMR: Epic
*Rate: $325/hour; OT- $457
*Travel & Lodging provided
*Malpractice Insurance provided

Job Responsibilities

All anesthesiology skills/procedures, pre-op & post-op interviews, present for induction and anything else needed
Supervision of CRNAs

Qualifications

-Board Certified Anesthetist
     -Active, unrestricted WA license OR IMLC
     -AHA Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
     -Clean Background/Malpractice/NPDB
     -Active, unrestricted DEA
     -Must Supervise 3-4 CRNAs

Working Hours

Full Time , 6:45am - 3pm, Regular weekly schedule highly preferred
Will consider offers vey close to FT
