Physician Schedule Details:
· Week & Weekends – 10, 12, 16hr shifts
· On-Call required
o CALL DETAILS:
§ First Call MDs from home
§ General 1:8 home call physician rotation.
§ On call day, you will not be on shift until 5:00pm that evening. If you come in, there will be a CRNAs on site with you until 11pm in addition to OB CRNA and OB Physician covering OB.
§ You may take call from home if a case is not running as long as you are within a 30-minute callback time. You will get off the next morning at 7:00am and have post call day off.
§ General Pager Call
· Weekday, Mon – Fri [14hrs], 5p-7a
· Weekend, Sat – Sun [24hrs], 7a-7a
§ General-Main OR 1st Pager Call
· Sat [14hrs], 5p-7a
· TYPES OF CASES: Neuro, GI, EP, Cath Lab, General, GYN, OB, Ortho
o OB: Providence Portland 7a-7a – 2 CRNA rooms with 1 MD Medical Directing
§ OB physicians to work a 24-hour shift schedule with CRNA – on avg 2 per week (rotate between the 5)
