• We’re a welcoming, resilient, and collaborative team of 5 physicians and 13 CRNAs.
• Our team consists of clinicians hailing from varied geographic, educational, and training backgrounds. In our anesthesia department, we receive outstanding support from both surgeons and operating room staff.

Practice

• Winter Haven Hospital, a community hospital with 500 beds and excellent subspecialty support, is proud to serve our community.
• Our anesthesia team sees a wide variety of cases including general surgical, ortho, EP/IR, ENT, GI, and endo.
• Our schedule is Monday through Friday with limited call and weekends.
• The compensation range for this medical director role is strong, with a first-year salary from $520,000 (W2) to $562,000 (1099).
• A sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement are available.
