*Location: McLean County, IL; 2 hours SW of Chicago
*Start Date: ASAP, as soon as credentialing is complete (Hopefully by Nov. 1)
*End Date: Ongoing
*Shift/Schedule: Regular Hourly Schedule + some Call; shifts may vary
*Requirements:
*Travel & Lodging covered
*Malpractice Insurance covered
*Rate: Open, give me your best rate and your bottom line rate

- Board Certified Anesthesiologist
- Active, unrestricted IL OR IMLC License
- Clean IL DEA
- Clean background/malpractice/NPDB
