N/A ◊ EMR: EPIC (Health Connect – Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC) ◊ Coverage Dates ASAP, pending credentialing – 13 weeks with an option to extend ◊ Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: OR Rooms – Multiple Shifts – 7a-5p 10 rooms – 5 rooms from 5p-7p – 3 rooms until midnight; Folsom 6 rooms from 7a-5p - Client wants 2 providers covering Sat, Sun, Mon, Wed for 6 months ◊ Is call required? No Call • Rotation: N/A • Type of call: N/A ◊ # of ORs currently being run: 10 OR’s Main Roseville, 6 ORs Folsom ASC, OB Coverage in Roseville ◊ Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio : ◊ Case types: B&B, General Surgery, Ortho, GYN, Podiatry, ENT, Robotics, HNS • Heads: Some Head/Neck/Spine Cases but will try to limit but providers have to be able to take, if needed. • Hearts: No • Peds: No. • Regional blocks: If provider can • OB: Yes • Ortho: Yes • GI: Yes • GYN: Yes • Pain: No ◊ Do you utilize AAs? #?
