*Location: Berks County, SE PA, near Philadelphia
*Start Date: Sep 18
*End Date: Ongoing
*Schedule: Scheduled Hours; Possible call in house 2:30 pm - 7:15 am; All days needed, Monday-Sunday (No call for Locums with Anesthesia & Day shift coverage with 8 or 10 hour shifts)
*Shifts: Choose between 5X8s or 4X10s
*Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted PA license or IMLCC license
- BE/BC Anesthetist
- Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB
- ACLS, BLS, PALS Certifications
- Skills: Trauma, Open Heart, Complex Ortho, Pain Mgmt, Post-Op Epidural, Post-op Extremity Blocks, Epidural Steroid Lumbar & Cervical, X-ray guided blocks, Central Lines, PA Catheter Placement
- Will not consider sedation only providers
- Familiarity, and preferably, proficiency with Epic
*Availability: Please let me know your availability over the next 3-6 months
*Support Staff: Anesthesiologists, LPNs, Nursing Staff, Admin, Anesthesia techs, 3 NPs
*Rate: Open, give your going rate
