*Locums Anesthesiologists
*Location: Modesto, CA
*Start Date: ASAP
*End Date: Ongoing
*Schedule:
- 1-4 Weeks per month (up to full-time) but must do at least 1 full week per month
- Some weekends are available if desired.
- Shifts are 24 hour Call; any hours worked over 12 will receive increased compensation
- Preferred commitment of 6 months
*Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted CA License
- Board Certified Anesthesiologist
- Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB
- 4-6 month commitment
- Credentialing will include: supply 2 years case logs; full background check; drug test, current TB test
- Must be able to work at least one full week per month
- Provide a schedule of your availability over the next 6 months
*Types of Cases: B&B, complex ortho, end, Trauma, and OBG; No hearts or heads
*Rates: $4000 per 24 hour shift; any hours over 12 will receive $375/hour
*Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
