*Location: Oklahoma City, OK
*Setting: Outpatient/Surgical Center
*Start Date: February 13 (although, with quick credentialing, days in January also needed)
*End Date: February 17
*Coverage: Scheduled Hours, NO CALL/NO WEEKENDS; Anthestist runs their own room
*Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted OK license
- Clean DEA (no current suits or unresolved cases)
*Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP; please be ready with all of your credentials and documentation
*Skills: Complete Ortho, General-Adult, Regional Anesthesia, Post-op extremity blocks
*EMR: Cerner
*Volume: 8 patients per shift average; less than 10% are overnight stays
*Travel & Lodging provided
*Malpractice Insurance provided
