Locums Anesthesiologist needed in OK in December - Quick Turnaround!
*Location: Oklahoma City
*Setting: Outpatient Surgical Center
*Start Date: December 1
*End Date: December 30
*Schedule: M-F, Strict 7a - 5p, No Call, No weekends
*Possibility of extending dates into January
*Possibility for taking part of the schedule, but must be in full week increments
*Requirements:
- Board Eligible (minimum) Anesthesiologist
- Active, unrestricted OK license
- Clean DEA (no current suits, unresolved cases, large payouts)
*Providers run their own room
*Cases: Ortho, podiatry, some general (less than 10% are overnight stays)
*EMR: Cerner
*Patients per shift: 8
*Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP (provider should have all application requirements available)
*Temp Privileges are available
*Travel & Lodging provided
*Malpractice Insurance provided
