Job description Pediatric cardiac anesthesia coverage at a children's hospital in the Tacoma, WA area. Ongoing, starting as soon as credentialing allows. The program typically runs one surgical patient a day and also supports the cath and EP lab and cardiac imaging. The cardiac ORs move into a new standalone children's hospital next May. Scheduled clinical hours plus call, with the specifics shared directly. Top pay, and travel is covered.

Job Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia for pediatric cardiac surgery and for cardiac cath, EP, and cardiac imaging cases. Typically one surgical patient per day. Take scheduled clinical hours plus call as arranged with the department. Chart in Epic.

Qualifications

Board certified in anesthesiology and fellowship trained, with full-spectrum cardiac experience in the cardiac OR, not cath lab only. Washington license or IMLC. ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Case logs required.

Working Hours

Scheduled clinical hours plus call, specifics shared directly. Ongoing, starting as soon as credentialing allows.
