TMC Healthcare is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Anesthesiologist (or Anesthesiologist with a strong neonatal/pediatric focus) to join our expanding anesthesia team. Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship training is helpful but not required. Positions are available with or without overnight/weekend call, offering flexibility based on your preferred practice model.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform pre‑operative evaluations, develop anesthesia plans, and manage intraoperative care
• Deliver post‑anesthesia care, including pain management and recovery oversight
• Collaborate with surgeons, neonatologists, intensivists, and perioperative teams to ensure safe, coordinated care
• Participate in optional call rotation, depending on candidate preference
• Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence‑based practice
• Contribute to resident and student education, as appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
Qualifications
• Pediatric anesthesia experience or interest
• Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship preferred but not required
• Eligibility for Arizona medical licensure preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Working Hours
• Optional overnight/weekend call depending on candidate preference
• Schedule coordinated with OR and perioperative service needs
