Academic Opportunity in Major Southern Metro
Practice Highlights:
- Outstanding academic position with nationally ranked children's hospital!
- 255-bed hospital, level 1 trauma, level IV NICU
- Partnership with University of Tennessee
- Flexible schedule. Can travel in from other location
- PAN will do neuro, spine, ENT, dental, surgery, GI, ortho
- 18-day or night shifts per month. Days are 10-hour shifts. Nights are 14-hour shifts.
- Can do 24-hour shifts
- Great support, culture, and collegial environment
- Working with outstanding pediatric specialists
- Epic EMR
- PAN can block shifts together
- PAN can work mostly days or mostly nights
- Salary of $580k
- Signing bonus of $60k
- Make between $50k - $150k in extra pay for nights or additional shifts
- 24 days PTO, 12 sick days, 5 CME, federal holidays
- Malpractice and comprehensive health plans
- Retirement plan contributes 9%
