- Location: 45 minutes from Clearwater, FL.
- Facility: 1382 bed facility using Cerner EMR, 35 bed in department.
- Trauma Level 2
- Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient.
- Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
- Call Ratio: 1:5
- Call Back%: 20%
- Practice Details: Heart and Head Cases Required.
- CRNA Supervision
- Highlights: Scheduled clinic hours plus call. Inpatient and Outpatient Only.
- Certifications: Active license in FL, Board Certified, ACLS, BLS, PALS - Required
