The Nashville VA Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist with Pain Management expertise to join our collaborative team providing exceptional care to Veterans.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform regional anesthesia, nerve blocks, sedation, and perioperative care.
• Collaborate with surgeons, specialists, and CRNAs.
• Opportunities for teaching and academic involvement.
Qualifications
• Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Pain Management fellowship or relevant experience preferred.
Working Hours
Skills
Regional Anesthesia: Spinal, epidural, and peripheral nerve blocks.
Perioperative Care: Preoperative evaluation, anesthesia administration, and postoperative recovery.
Procedural Expertise: Monitored anesthesia care, sedation, and airway management.
Collaboration: Strong communication, clinical judgment, and multidisciplinary teamwork.
