Job description
We are seeking a double-boarded Pain Management Physician/Anesthesiologist for a permanent role with a highly innovative, growing, and respected physician-owned practice. This practice has multiple valley-wide clinic locations, plus an ASC. This role offers exceptional earning potential on top of the base salary.
Location: Phoenix Metro area, AZ

Base Salary: $300K Base ++ on top of multiple streams of bonuses, total comp, depending on the physician, could approach 7-figures. Calculation details will be provided during the interview process.

Job Responsibilities

• Top-notch patient care is of the utmost importance
Qualifications
• MD or DO
• ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency completed
• ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine fellowship completed
• AZ Board of Medicine license by date of hire
