Job Responsibilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide appropriate follow-up care
• Perform injections and procedures consistent with training, credentialing, and privileges
• Conduct pre-procedure and post-procedure evaluations and manage patient outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, imaging staff, and administration to deliver high-quality care
Qualifications
• Successful completion of an applicable accredited residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in an applicable specialty
• Current unrestricted Nevada medical license or eligibility for Nevada licensure
• Current DEA registration, as applicable
• Current NPI
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification as required by assigned duties
• Ability to complete credentialing and ambulatory surgery privileges
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
Working Hours
• Schedule varies based on clinic and procedure needs
• Local travel between designated Las Vegas Valley locations required
• Facility assignments may vary by day
