Job Description:

Client is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our growing outpatient practice in Augusta, GA.

This is an opportunity to step into an established patient base with strong referral relationships, high procedural volume, and significant earning potential. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, procedure-focused, and motivated to help expand a growing pain program.

This is primarily a clinic-based, interventional role with no hospital call requirements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating interventional and medication-based therapies
  • Perform advanced interventional pain procedures including but not limited to:

o Epidural steroid injections
o Facet injections & medial branch blocks
o Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
o Joint injections
o Spinal cord stimulator trials (preferred)

  • Oversee and collaborate with NP/PAs within the practice
  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation in EMR
  • Participate in strategic growth of procedural service lines

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO
  • Board-Certified / Board-Eligible in Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, or related specialty with Pain Management fellowship preferred
  • Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management strongly preferred
  • Active Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain quickly)
  • Strong procedural skill set
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-centered pain care
