Assignment Overview
- Specialty: Anesthesiology – Cardiac (Pediatric Cardiac)
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
- Credentialing Timeline: 90–120 Days (Expedited privileges available for candidates with a clean history)
- Submission Requirement: Case logs must be uploaded for consideration
Requirements
- Training: MUST be Fellowship Trained in Pediatric/Cardiac Anesthesiology
- Certifications: Board Certified (BC), ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
Clinical Practice & Scope
- Clinical Scope: Full spectrum of cardiac care required (CVOR experience required; candidates with only Cath Lab experience will not qualify)
- Workload/Volume: Typically 1 surgical patient per day, plus coverage/support for Cath/EP Lab and Cardiac Imaging
- Facility Note: ORs are currently located at General Hospital and will relocate to the main hospital starting May 16th
- EMR: Epic
