Case Mix & Team
- Practice in a care team model providing medical direction over CRNAs with the opportunity to personally perform cases
- Diverse general and complex case mix including orthopedic elective and trauma, gynecology, ENT, complex vascular, neurosurgery, interventional cardiology including EP and structural heart, OB, and full-scope cardiothoracic cases
- Utilization of peripheral nerve blocks and advanced regional techniques to reach enhanced recovery goals
- Opportunity to teach residents and students
- Call and holidays are shared among the group in a manner that creates individual hourly and compensation flexibility

Compensation & Benefits
- $325 per hour for in-house clinical shifts; 1.0 FTE equals 2,000 hours annually
- Additional shifts at $365 per hour
- Weekday call $70/hour; Friday night call $80/hour; weekend and holiday call $80/hour
- Call-back and additional time at $650 per 2-hour increment
- Up to $75,000 annually in value-based incentives tied to quality, outcomes, and system performance
- Starting bonus up to $25,000

You Must Have
- Board certification, or board eligibility with certification within two years, in Anesthesiology
- Michigan license, or willingness to obtain
- Active DEA, or willingness to obtain
- ACLS and BLS, or willingness to obtain
- State interest in full-time or part-time employment
- NPDB self-query pulled within the last 30 days
- Credentialing fees are not reimbursed by the health system
