Position Highlights
- Schedule Options:
- Option 1: M-F with Call | Includes 8 weeks PTO
- Option 2: M-F No Call / No Weekends / No Holidays | Includes 8 weeks PTO
- Option 3: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off | Block model (160 hrs / 14 days), no call on off weeks, no relocation required
- Compensation:
- General Anesthesia: $572,000 base pay + $100,000 sign-on bonus
- Cardiac Anesthesia: $632,000 base pay + $100,000 sign-on bonus
- Incentives: Student loan assistance available + full health, dental, and retirement benefits
- Daily Work Flow:
- Mix of running personal cases and supervising CRNAs (1:4 ratio)
- Average of 4-5 cases per day with no teaching components required
